Dear designer,

We at Júní are hiring lead designer with excellent skills and experience. We have many challenging and exciting projects in progress where we develop digital products and services, both web and mobile, for many of the most progressive companies and organisations in the country.

Education and qualification requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in digital or graphic design and UX/UI design
• University education in graphic/digital design or equivalent; is an option but not a requirement
• Extensive experience with design and design systems
• Experience in design presentations and demonstration of design projects for clients
• The person should have excellent skills in design tools, preferably excellent skills in Figma,
• Follows the lates trends ****in design and digital marketing, in other words passionate about digital design
• Experience in managing teams and good communication skills
• Organisational skills and modern working methods
• Ambition and courage to participate in building an exciting workplace

Main tasks and responsibilities

• Lead and work on design projects for Júní clients
• Lead the Júní design team
• Becomes a part of Júní’s leadership team
• Organise design meetings for the team
• Contribute to the growth and retraining of the team
• Hold one-on-one meetings with team members
• Communication with customers
