BASED IN THAILAND /STRATEGY & OPS – BUSINESS OPERATIONS /FULL-TIME/ FULLY REMOTE

Hi, we’re The T-Rex Esports Company ! and we’re building a better way to create reliable, exclusive and enjoyable quality online gaming contents for big game publisher like PUBG Mobile, Tower of Fantasy , NIKKE , and even trading card games like UNO for people and players to connect across the globe.

To accomplish this lofty task, we’re building a diverse team of people from different backgrounds and experiences. This isn’t optional, it’s crucial to our mission, as we need a wide range of perspectives to question our assumptions and shape our goal through a bold, creative lens.

As an Influencer & Community Specialist at the T-Rex Esports Company, you will be the backbone of our company’s day-to-day operations with roles and responsibilities ranging from managing with Influencers processes to direct executive support.

We’re looking for an incredibly high trust, high initiative individual with top tier attention to detail. This role sits on the CEO’s team reporting directly into our Strategy and Operations leaders. We see optionality to grow into a people and/or operations role, or advance on the EA track as is the best fit.

This role will span into a few several main pillars:

1.Daily Discord channel communication & management

2. Daily Tasks approvals for TH region

3. Translating & Task publishing

4. Tracking on content creator followers data

5. Rewards & Result Related updating

6. Tracking Rewards Payment

7. Report writing

 

Who You Are

• 1+ years of experience in an operational role: including (but not limited to) experience in advertising, Content creating, & project managements and proven ability to handle task on your own or in team setting.
• Posses good communication skills in English & Thai language, other languages will be added advantage.
• Great attention to details.
• High discretion, can be trusted with confidential company information.
• Genuine interest in building a better community for games publishers and public players across the globe.

 

Compensation and Benefits

Our annual salary range for this role is 7,800 USD -12,000 USD ( or 650 -1000 USD monthly) ,with extra bonuses/compensation for extra works & contributions given to the team. Actual salary range offered will vary based on experience level and interview performances.

The T-Rex Esports Company is a well funded, full remote Digital Marketing Company based in Singapore, with 30 people (and growing!) from different region who are passionate about building great product image for game publishers across the globe.
