We’re looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual to work in an energetic environment with responsibilities that include building our lead generation processes as we scale Veza. You’ll work alongside builders who have helped to shape the success of companies such as Google, Okta, Rubrik, AWS, VMware and more.

Location

Remote/WFH. Open to anywhere in the United States

You Will:

  • Design and execute a demand generation strategy to deliver on pipeline goals, reporting to the CMO
  • Define targets and the marketing budget in consultation with Sales and Finance
  • Shepherd programs for both mid-market and enterprise, leveraging high-touch ABM tactics for target accounts and executive buyers
  • Hire and develop a world-class team
  • Coordinate with SDRs on campaigns, delivering assets, training, and feedback to ensure productivity
  • Build a digital marketing function to support campaign goals with website, email marketing, paid digital ads, content syndication, and SEO/CRO.
  • Drive focus on funnel KPIs to reach world-class efficiency (e.g. cost per opportunity, cost per pipeline, cost per acquisition)
  • Own the mechanics of lead generation, including routing, SLA enforcement, and good data hygiene across Marketo and Salesforce
  • Own the budget and negotiation cycles with portfolio of martech vendors

You Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing
  • Experience building and managing teams of 10 or more
  • High level of attention to detail, aptitude for planning/executing deadlines
  • Sufficient comfort with Salesforce and Marketo to double-check lead flows and KPIs

Nice to have:

  • Experience with security or identity industries
  • Professional experience in a high-growth start-up
  • MBA degree
