WHAT YOU’LL BE WORKING ON

Our Growth Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing strategic and analytic-driven tactics to increase customer net retention – driving programs that yield customer cross/upsell opportunities while increasing loyalty and retention.This role will report directly to our Director of Growth Marketing.

  • The voice of the customer will be your guiding light to effectively tell the right stories and build compelling messaging and promotional copy.
  • Plan, develop, and execute marketing programs via a coordinated communication and enablement plan to drive expansion and product adoption within the customer base.
  • Develop and optimize cross-sell and upsell campaigns utilizing email marketing, in-app engagement and organic and paid social channels primarily.
  • Help marketing & sales meet business objectives through customer advocacy initiatives.
  • Partner with Marketing Operations and Revenue Operations teams to measure the ROI and impact of customer marketing activities globally on the success of customer campaign performance and marketing-influenced pipeline.
  • Implement lifecycle engagement and communication programs that highlight the experience and success of current customers.
  • Partner with Advisor Success to connect customers with the right educational resources to drive product adoption.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer lifecycle, demand generation, and B2B marketing trends, best practices, and technologies to identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with marketing leaders and cross functional teams to ensure alignment, timely project completion, and results

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in customer, lifecycle, or demand generation marketing and proven success in a performance- and results-oriented environment
  • Curious and data-focused with a passion for analyzing and optimizing.
  • Hungry and able to set high-level strategy AND roll up sleeves to execute.
  • Ability to internalize our brand’s “voice” and implement it masterfully in customer communications.
  • Expert email marketer who has worked with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Marketo experience a plus)
  • Extremely efficient, organized, resourceful, and highly detail-oriented.
  • Capable of conducting meticulous follow-up. Doesn’t drop the ball.

 

The expected total compensation range for this position is $80k – $90k.

Lesser experience may result in lower compensation and greater experience may result in greater compensation than the stated range.
