Role specific details

You will be joining the Fleek Growth Team and will be responsible for building out our growth marketing engine. You will manage our existing growth channels, experiment with new lead generation initiatives, and apply a data-driven approach to scale programs and maximize efficiency. You will:

• Leverage a data-driven approach to determine how to best optimize acquisition channels, and regularly report on results to the broader team
• Be responsible for running outbound email campaigns and driving leads that impact new and repeat business, while improving the conversion rate across our sales and marketing funnel
• Replying to leads via email + scheduling calls for the Sales team
• Managing sales conversations in our app, and social media channels (ie. Instagram)

You need to be a creative, innovative and an analytical thinker. Our buyers and sellers are hard working resellers and stores. Being able to build a marketing engine that resonates with our user base is important for success in this role! You should also be willing to wear multiple hats as we grow.

• Ideally you have worked at a high growth startup before and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• 1-3+ years experience in B2B or B2C growth marketing, demand generation, or digital marketing
• Data-driven mindset, and highly analytical. You will need to leverage data to scale growth, and optimize performance
• Experience with sales and marketing tools: Klaviyo, Outreach, Salesforce, Google / Instagram / TikTok ads, SEO tools
• Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
