Description of the offer

We are a group of apparel brands looking for out next team member. We have a small staff but we’re growing fast, and we’re looking for great people to come along for the ride. You will create designs for web, social media, paid digital, email and of course, apparel & T-Shirts. If you like flexibility and working in all aspects of design, this is a great opportunity for you. You’ll be able to take projects from concept to deliverable and help guide the design sensibility of the company. You’ll be working directly with the founders of the company and long-term growth opportunities are available to the right candidate.

Our brands consist of one military/patriotic brand named Leatherneck for Life (leatherneckforlife.com) and one nostalgic brand named RGTbrands (reguarlguytees.com).

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with founders on all phases of graphic design for two brands creating a polished look and feel.
• Create designs for our exclusive lines of T-Shirts, hats, hoodies and more.
• Develop new branding concepts for our campaigns and initiatives.
• Work directly with production in the areas of screen printing, embroidery & more.

Required & Desired Qualities

You’ll thrive in the role of Marketing Graphic Designer if you have . . .

• 4-Year Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent time of real-world study in Graphic Design

• 3 to 5 years experience as a full-time graphic designer

• Thorough understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and the Adobe Creative Suite. Video, animation or other media techniques a plus.
• Excellent design sensibilities

• Understanding of multi-channel marketing design spanning social media, email, ads, and web

• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a mindset of ownership and care with all tasks
