Email Graphic Designer

Description of the offer

Responsibilities

• Design visually stunning and impactful email campaigns that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
• Work closely with the Director of Retention, Retention Marketing Manager, and
• Internal Creative teams to understand project requirements and timelines.
• Generate and optimize assets for responsive design across various devices and email clients.
• Utilize Figma (and any other preferred tools) for graphic design tasks and Trello for project management.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within a fast-paced environment.
• Adhere to production schedules, ensuring all work is completed on time, especially during peak seasons like Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Ability to suggest strategic A/B tests for designs to understand user engagement and apply insights to future designs.
• Ability to complete 15-20 emails a month

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in graphic design with a focus on email campaigns.
• A portfolio that showcases relevant work.
• Expertise in Figma for designing email layouts and assets.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email is a plus.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Experience with Trello for project management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Flexibility and willingness to pivot based on business needs
