We are seeking a passionate and proven Director, Product Marketing to lead our hardworking product marketing team. Reporting to our SVP, Marketing as a key member of the Marketing Leadership Team, you will own the product marketing strategy for Sinch Email as well as new developer initiatives across the Sinch portfolio. You are an experienced leader who still enjoys rolling up your sleeves on messaging, positioning, campaigns, and enablement. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to support both self-serve and enterprise go-to-market initiatives that drive continued growth across the product portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen a team of product marketing experts
- Define and implement a cohesive marketing strategy that positions Sinch Email as the clear leader in our space
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for go-to-marketing planning, product strategy, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement
- Drive net-new user acquisition as well as cross-sell and up-sell within our existing customer base
- Develop targeted sales plays for enterprise customers and strategic partners
- Launch new product features and identify new ways to drive engagement for existing product features
- Advocate for our customers and become an authority on our competition to ensure our products win in the market
- Measure, analyze and optimize programs to deliver better business outcomes
- Champion our integration with the larger Sinch universe as we build the next great CPaaS solution together
Requirements
- 8+ years in product marketing or product management at technology companies
- Experience marketing and selling to technical audiences, preferably developers
- Phenomenal collaborator who can bridge the gap between product, marketing and sales team
- Critical thinker with solid writing and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with executives
- Strong analytical skills to conduct analysis and develop recommendations based on product, customer, and market data
- Willingness to learn and demo our products
- Comfortable working with a distributed team that spans multiple regions and time zones
- Ability to travel if needed
- Have a sense of humor
