SkyView Advisors is seeking an emerging leader to join our fast-growing team at SkyView Advisors. As Marketing Associate reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day implementation of strategic marketing initiatives to drive business growth and brand recognition.

We’re looking for an ambitious, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented marketer to join our team and make a big impact.


  • Lead Generation: Manage and optimize email campaigns using Pardot / Salesforce CRM to generate and nurture leads, and analyze campaign performance to recommend adjustments and make improvements.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including 10x thought leadership content, email content, webinars, social media posts, and video content to resonate with our target audience and enhance brand visibility, working in collaboration with creatives.
  • Day-to-Day Digital Management: Manage social media and website presence including creating and implementing social media calendar focused on LinkedIn and Instagram, and keeping website updated including web content updates in WordPress.
  • CRE Market Presence: Extend market presence in the commercial real estate industry through managing tradeshow presence, coordinating PR initiatives, and leading in-industry and digital advertising.
  • Brand Management: Contribute to the management and evolution of our brand narrative, brand image, and employer brand, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
  • Systemization & Technical Implementation: Work in collaboration with leadership to establish and execute systematic, repeatable and efficient processes across marketing efforts. Serve as Pardot and website administrator.


  • Bachelor’s Degree with preference for Marketing, Communications, New Media, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing, with a focus on lead generation, content creation, and brand management.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Proficiency in digital analytics tools and platforms with preference for experience in WordPress and Pardot / Salesforce
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to work on multiple projects at once
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
