Evolve Healthcare Marketing is a data-driven marketing agency that helps medical practices and healthcare enterprises increase patient volume with greater certainty and transparency.

Founded in 2017, we have assisted practice leaders across 17 different specialties in some of the most competitive markets across the U.S. Currently, we are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Digital Director to design effective digital advertising plans.
• Analyze search engine marketing (SEM) and social media marketing (SMM) campaign processes to identify and implement improvements.
• Support the Digital Director in the creation and maintenance of Google Data Studio dashboards.
• Understand client goals and objectives and work with our multidisciplinary team to operationalize campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate with in-house strategists, digital specialists, writers and designers to ensure campaigns are delivered on-target, on-time and on-budget.
• Analyze and interpret digital and web analytics reporting and make sure client reporting is accurate.
• QA digital deliverables.
• Ensure brand guidelines are met throughout all digital marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

·       A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.

·       1-2 years of digital marketing experience (internships included) is preferred.

·       Experience with SEM/SMM platforms is a plus.

·       Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio is a plus.

·       Experience using Google Analytics to measure digital performance and provide insights to improve engagement efforts.

·       Ability to generate ideas and explain their merits with clarity and logic.

·       Ability to synthesize meetings and interactions into specific next steps.

·       General understanding of SEO best practices and applications.

·       Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

·       Agency experience is a plus.

·       Google Analytics/Google Ads certification is a plus.

·       Facebook/Meta Ads certification is a plus.
