Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with overall marketing goals and company objectives.
  • Plan, implement, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as search engines, social media, display networks, and email marketing.
  • Experience creating, managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience running display ad campaigns, video campaigns, paid social media efforts
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify target audiences, market trends, and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling visuals, graphics, and multimedia content for digital campaigns and landing pages.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to ensure the company’s competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product management, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to leverage expertise and enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Plan, build and execute email automation campaigns

Skills, Experience, Knowledge:

  • 2+ years experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or a similar role within the tech industry.
  • Google Ads certified highly preferred
  • Marketo and other marketing tech stack experience
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing concepts, tools, and strategies, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) to track, analyze, and report on key metrics.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and website optimization techniques.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content and visuals.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, industry developments, and best practices.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • A master’s degree is a plus.

Salary: $75,000- $85,000 base + variable compensation / OTE $85,000 – $95,000
