Influence Society is looking for someone passionate about the world of hospitality with a real digital culture for a permanent contract in one of our squads who support our clients, from now on.
Missions
Strategy
- Establish clients’ digital and marketing strategies based on previously designed insights and benchmarks
- Design and implement 360° action plans and budgets
- Measure, analyze and optimize the performance of actions
- Manage budgets and achieve objectives
- Manage your client portfolio
- Supporting hotel openings
Customer relations
- Support customers in their decision-making (strategic choices, communication channels, etc.)
- Ensure regular communication with each of them
- Understand and anticipate their needs through planning
- Ensure customer reporting with performance points
- Visit the establishments
Business Development
- Contribute to the development of a commercial offer (quote, brief, argument, etc.) in response to calls for tenders and/or during customer prospecting
- Participate in presentations of the communication strategy to the client
- Participate in the commercial development of the agency and its visibility (points of view, studies, analyzes of consumer phenomena, advertising, communication, etc.)
Profile wanted
- Bac +5 Junior profile with 1 – 3 years of experience in digital marketing ideally acquired in an agency and/or with the advertiser in the world of hospitality or lifestyle
- You are passionate about the hospitality, luxury and travel sectors. You have a real digital marketing culture.
- You regularly monitor innovations and trends in the field of web marketing.
- You have very good writing skills in French and English as well as fluency in oral and written English.
- Rigor, organization, ability to prioritize, versatility.
- Ability to work in a full-remote team.
- You have real interpersonal skills and really appreciate customer relations on a daily basis.

- In-depth understanding of tools related to digital marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business, Metasearch, etc.)
- Mastery of office tools such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint – we use the Google suite, knowledge of this is a big plus
- General knowledge in digital marketing necessary
- Project management tool such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp
- General comfort in a full-remote digital environment

- Location: full-remote (but based in France for travel)

- Remuneration: €30 to €35k gross annually depending on profile + 5% annual bonus depending on objectives
