We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and expand our growth marketing efforts to drive acquisition and retention across the Elastique business.

Job Overview:

As a Digital Marketing Manager, Growth at Elastique, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand growth and increase online sales. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage digital advertising campaigns, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our digital marketing efforts. We are looking for a results-driven, creative thinker who is passionate about both fashion and the health & wellness industries and has a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals and budget.
  • CRM Marketing: Create and manage email and SMS marketing broadcast & lifecycle campaigns to nurture leads, retain customers, and drive sales.
  • Paid Advertising: Plan, launch, and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and more. Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • SEO and Content Marketing: Optimize website content for search engines and develop a content marketing plan to improve organic traffic and brand authority.
  • Ecommerce Management: Collaborate with the team to optimize the online shopping experience. Focus on improving conversion rates, cart abandonment, and product recommendations.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, generate reports, and provide insights to optimize marketing strategies and achieve KPIs.
  • Acquisition and Retention: Develop comprehensive acquisition and retention strategies to grow our customer base and increase customer lifetime value. Implement A/B testing, analyze data, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-performing channels and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external partners to ensure marketing materials align with brand standards and initiatives are well-supported.
  • Stay Informed: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices, and implement innovative strategies accordingly.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a high-growth DTC start-up environment, preferably in the fashion and/or health & wellness industry.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on CRM, SEO, paid digital, and eCommerce
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO, social media advertising, and email marketing platforms (Klaviyo a plus).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for the luxury fashion and wellness industries.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
