Your experience, ideally at least 6 years in an agency setting, has honed your capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment without compromising on detail or quality.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Marketing Planning: Assist in the due diligence and strategic marketing planning processes for new clients, including digital analysis, competitor reviews, SWOT, market research, marketing technology reviews, campaign ideation, buyer personas, and budget recommendations.

Digital Marketing: Lead and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns, including:

  • Landing pages
  • Email marketing
  • Setting up and optimizing workflows
  • Social media content and management
  • Coordinating with vendors for Paid Media campaigns
  • Website updates and monitoring
  • Developing short-form content as needed for campaign deliverables

Webinar and Event Planning and Marketing: Assist in pre- and post-event marketing and organization for tradeshows, conferences, virtual events, and webinars.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • MonitorKPIs.
  • Articulate the narrative behind the numbers.
  • Use customer engagement metrics for targeted campaign recommendations.

Project Management: Attend client meetings, document discussions, update project management systems, and create client-facing timelines. Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors for content, design, and other services for campaign deliverables.

Who You Are:

  • Educational and Professional Background: You possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, with at least 6 years of professional marketing experience. Agency experience is preferred.
  • Preferred Skills and Tools: Proficient with SEO tools (SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs), marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Pardot, Marketo), project management software (Teamwork, Asana, Monday.com), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Professional Skills: You bring sharp analytical skills to the table, coupled with compelling writing abilities. Your dedication to lifelong learning keeps you agile and effective in a high-energy setting. At the same time, your clear and influential communication style sets you apart as a leader in your field.

Bonus Points:

  • Background in B2B marketing
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot, WordPress and Google Analytics
  • Well-versed in creating designs with Canva

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 per year, which reflects the candidate’s experience and skills, market benchmarks, and our commitment to fair internal and external equity.
