As a Creative Director at Schoox, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and creative direction. You will lead a team of talented artists and designers to develop and execute creative strategies that engage, inspire, and captivate our target audience. Your creative vision will be instrumental in elevating our brand and driving its growth.

We seek a passionate and visionary Creative Director to lead our creative team in developing groundbreaking and compelling visual content that resonates with our audience and drives our brand’s success.



  • Creative Strategy: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with our brand objectives, messaging, and business goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of creative professionals, including designers, writers, and other creative specialists. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Brand Development: Continually evolve and refine the brand identity, ensuring consistency across all creative assets, including visual design, tone of voice, and storytelling.
  • Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, social media, and video.
  • Campaign Development: Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure creative initiatives align with overall business strategies.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive advantages.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards for creative output, ensuring that all content is in line with brand guidelines and meets quality benchmarks.


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Marketing, or Advertising). Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a creative leadership role within a similar industry or field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various mediums.
  • Proficiency in creative software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • A strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing and brand development.
  • Ability to inspire and lead a creative team to deliver outstanding results.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies in the creative and marketing industry.
