This position offers an excellent opportunity for a creative marketing professional to leverage their creative and writing skills for a growth mentality.

Staying current with new technologies and marketing trends is essential for success in this role. The digital landscape is constantly evolving, and being aware of the latest tools, platforms, and strategies enables the Content Marketing Specialist to adapt and make informed decisions. Including but not limited to working with internal team members on international promos, translations, UIUX and customer flows by journey.

What you’ll do:

• Lead email strategy & execute with required internal leads
• Write professional content including (not limited to): web pages, email/nurture campaigns (including welcome emails)
  • Work with UIUX & FE/BE teams and other team members for imagery, development, and integration within various platforms.
  • Work with other members of the marketing team to outline requirements for content as it pertains to paid & SEO. Incorporate necessary SEO strategies within the site, content…etc.
• QA all marketing driven emails, promotions, and new site pages before deployment
• Develop & execute the editorial calendar, including scheduling & creating email campaign promotions based on new launches & historical trends
• Structure, generate and implement (where applicable) translations for the various content pieces
• Data analysis and monitoring to enhance and deliver performance-based metrics, including analysis of traffic metrics and optimization of content
• Work with product owners to review competitor offerings, new services, and promotions to better serve our base
• Own strategy and execution for RTE
• Own strategy and work with internal/external members for a diverse multiplicity of channels
• Report, Monitor and Report on Team and Individual KPIs

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, or other related field or, 3+ years in an Omni Channel Marketing role
• Create impactful, objective-oriented content for inbound marketing strategies
• Skilled with Google Workspace applications (primarily Docs, Slides & Sheets)
• Ability to meet deadlines & experience in email marketing/content management system
• SEO and lead generation experience
