Summary & Objectives

Join our team as a Content Creator and contribute to our firm’s growth. Craft engaging content aligned with Coastline Equity’s identity and objectives, including blog posts and social media content. Collaborate with the team to ensure consistency and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities & Functions

  • Develop compelling content for various platforms, adhering to brand guidelines
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with strategic goals
  • Create blog articles, social media posts, and other written and visual materials
  • Stay updated on industry trends to maintain content relevance
  • Edit and proofread content for accuracy and quality
  • Plan and schedule social media and YouTube content
  • Develop and implement unified marketing campaigns for various mediums
  • Identify key service attributes, deliver in-depth service knowledge to customers, and educate customers on the benefits of each service option to encourage sales and new property management contracts
  • Constantly strives to improve the work process and results to meet expectations better
  • Use various forms of technology, software, and communications styles to review tasks and perform in a timely manner
  • Submit all requested paperwork, invoices, and documentation appropriately and timely
  • Perform quality customer service to colleagues, clients, and the general public
  • Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships between departments, co-workers, and particularly with other project team members. Prepare for team meetings in advance, and maintain organizational excellence and detailed accuracy
  • Keep abreast of new technologies, systems, and procedures related to property management

Qualifications, Education & Experience

  • Proven experience in content creation or similar roles

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems
  • Creative thinking and content ideation
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
