The Role

• This role is based in Malta and reports into the account manager team lead.
• Your main responsibility and an account manager will be the supervision of a portfolio of gaming operators. Building and nurturing the relationships with the account and identifying opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell to the existing customer base, and actively pursuing new sales prospects.
• You’ll also collaborate closely with different internal departments, such as Business Development, to elevate the overall customer journey. This role might occasionally require travel.

The Candidate

• You have prior experience as an Account Manager/Junior Account Manager or a similar role in the payments industry and/or online gaming.
• Able to exhibit your ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an Operator.
• You are able to promptly address Operator inquiries. Able to have all emails replied within the same day. Activities resulting from meetings and call projected within 1 day.
• To effectively collaborate with diverse divisions in order to streamline Operator demands and prerequisites.
