About Us: We are a boutique web design agency (North American based) specializing in high-end digital experiences for corporate clients, with a strong focus on law firms and professional services. Our work combines clean design, intuitive UX, and strategic brand positioning to elevate our clients’ digital presence.
The Role: We’re looking for a talented Web Designer with 4–5 years of professional experience designing websites for corporate or professional service firms. You’ll collaborate with strategists, developers, and project managers to create visually compelling and user-focused websites that meet our clients’ business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design responsive, accessible, and user-centric websites for law firms, consultancies, and other corporate clients
- Translate brand strategy and messaging into strong visual identities and UI systems
- Collaborate with developers to ensure design integrity through handoff and implementation
- Ensure designs align with industry best practices in UX, accessibility, and SEO
- Iterate designs based on user feedback and performance data when applicable
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of professional experience designing websites, ideally for law firms, corporate clients, or professional services
- Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern, and purposeful design
- Proficient in Figma (preferred)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility standards
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable receiving and integrating feedback from clients and team members
- Must have at least 4 hours of overlap with North American business hours (EST/PST)
Nice-to-Haves:
- Familiarity with WordPress sites
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML/CSS/JS) or working with dev teams
- Branding or identity design experience
- Knowledge of WCAG accessibility guidelines
