UX UI Designer

Prompt.io is the winning and influence engine for political campaigns, unions, advocacy organizations and government.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to design intuitive, elegant user experiences across our platform
• Produce wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on real-world feedback
• Apply accessibility and responsive design best practices across web and mobile interfaces
• Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring consistent patterns and brand alignment
• Present work to internal stakeholders and advocate for design decisions based on user needs and product goals

Qualifications and Skills

• 0–10 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design
• Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking, visual design, and usability problem-solving
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Experience designing for mobile and web SAAS applications with complicated user interactions and flows
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI design systems and tools such as Replit, Cursor, etc.
• Bonus: Familiarity with HTML/CSS, user analytics tools, or working in an agile environment
