As a Tech Onboarding Specialist, you’ll work at the intersection of product, engineering, and sales/account management in this unique role. You’ll develop deep technical expertise in crypto, DeFi, and infrastructure. Here are your main responsibilities:
- Guide our customers through the Safary integration process by educating them on best practices
- Complete technical setup of Safary on behalf of our customers by coding Safary events
- Ensure data reliability by running tests
- Be a driving force in improving sales processes and product development
You will work with Eliott, cofounder & CPO of Safary and Max, our Growth Lead and will have to opportunity to evolve into a Growth Strategist.
Requirements
This role is perfect for a Junior Engineer (1-3 years of experience) interested in product and sales missions and passionate about crypto and blockchain technology.
- You have strong JavaScript and TypeScript proficiency with 1-3 years of experience
- You are very comfortable with GitHub and repository management
- You know how to write and run tests effectively
- You are passionate about crypto technology and want to learn more
- Experience in a crypto related company is a plus
- You’re reactive and proactive
