Description of the offer
Role Description: Hands-on foundational member and senior Web3 token developer to OWN all technical development and management of a proprietary “soft-data” token principal to our decentrailzed next-generation social media platform.
Experience Requirments: (Minimum) 5-years Solidity development + 3 tokens personally developed / launched.
Skills:
- Advanced Solidity, Rust, or other blockchain development languages;
- ERC-20, BEP-20 token development;
- Web3 frameworks and libraries (e.g., Web3.js, ethers.js)
- DeFi and NFT ecosystems a plus
- Eth smart contract management for token distribution, transfers, and platform usage.
- Mining and reward-based systems.
- Available at least ~20 hours per week;
Compensation / Relationship: We are a small, passionate team of early stage equity co-founders seeking another key fractal (part-time) member interested in earning early-stage Seed Pool company ownership — NOT immediate salaried renumeration until security of our seed round, expected in 6-12 months.
*Points Consideration: * 1-5% net company equity.
