We’re seeking a skilled freelance Shopify developer to collaborate on select projects, assisting with end-to-end development. You’ll receive Figma designs and be responsible for custom theme development, Shopify Liquid, performance optimization, and third-party app integration.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and customize Shopify themes based on project requirements
- Optimize performance for speed and SEO
- Integrate third-party apps and custom APIs
- Troubleshoot and resolve Shopify-related issues
- Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Collaborate with designers to implement pixel-perfect UI
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Shopify (portfolio required)
- Strong knowledge of Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Experience with Shopify API, Webhooks, and App integrations
- Ability to optimize Shopify sites for speed and performance
- Understanding of Shopify checkout customization and metafields
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and deadline management
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Shopify setups
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations and Shopify Plus features
