Senior Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the development of our next-generation brokerage management platform. We are not an early-stage startup looking for a “hacker.” We are a profitable, high-growth company with 60+ teams and a clear product roadmap.

You will take our finalized designs (Figma) and turn them into a secure, scalable production application. You will report directly to the leadership team but will have full autonomy over the codebase.

What You Will Build (The Mission):

The Financial Core: Build the financial core engine that processes complex commission splits, agent caps, and team deductions in real-time.

Subscription Logic: Implement a tiered billing system (SaaS) using Stripe Subscriptions that automatically handles seat upgrades and proration.

Marketplace Invoicing: Build the flow for Team Leaders to invoice consumers using Stripe Connect (Managed Accounts).

Agent Dashboard: A high-performance React frontend where thousands of agents track their production and income.

The Tech Stack:

Frontend: React.js (Next.js), Tailwind CSS.

Backend: Node.js (NestJS or Express).

Database: PostgreSQL (Must understand relational schemas for financial ledgers).

Infrastructure: AWS (EC2/S3/RDS).

Who You Are:

A Builder, Not Just a Founder: You love writing clean, maintainable code. You care about test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, and database integrity.

Fintech Experience: You have built systems that handle money (invoices, ledgers, or subscriptions). You know the difference between float and integer math.

Senior Level (5+ Years): You have shipped multiple SaaS products to production. You don’t need hand-holding.

Great Communicator: You speak fluent English and are comfortable explaining technical trade-offs to business stakeholders.
