We are looking for a world-class SaaS operator to take over and scale EmailMagnet, a Shopify pop-up builder with built-in A/B testing and strong early traction. The product is built, clients are live, and the tech team is shipping – now it’s time to hand the reins to a growth-minded CEO to drive scale.
You’ll take full operational control – marketing, growth, team, vision – and run the business like it’s yours. Because it will be.
Here’s the opportunity:
• Proven AI-enabled product with existing MRR and real client love
• Full-stack technical team + PM already in place
• Clear whitespace in the Shopify ecosystem
• Fully bootstrapped (no external pressure)
What we are offering:
• Up to 40% equity, with a structure that combines sweat equity + buy-in
• You purchase a small stake upfront to show commitment, then earn more through vesting and growth
• Full freedom to grow however you see fit – bootstrapped or raise, your call
• Minimal salary initially, scaling up with MRR, with support from me as a strategic advisor/shareholder
