About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Virtual Assistant to join our team on a temp-to-hire basis. This is a one-month trial position with the potential to transition into a long-term role based on performance.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact new leads as soon as they sign up, qualify them through short phone and video calls, and book them for meetings with our Sales Representative. You’ll also assist with light administrative sales tasks, including creating client reports and follow-up summaries.

Responsibilities

  • Contact new inbound leads immediately after sign-up (via call, text, and email)
  • Qualify prospects and schedule discovery calls for the sales team
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM
  • Support the Sales Rep by preparing reports for clients
  • Follow up on leads that haven’t booked or responded
  • Help identify patterns in lead quality and conversion

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a Sales Virtual Assistant or similar sales support role
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Based in the United States
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting qualification conversations
  • Tech-savvy and familiar with CRM and communication tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, Google Workspace, Zoom)
  • Reliable, organized, and responsive during U.S. business hours

Compensation

  • Competitive hourly base rate – $20 per hour
  • Bonuses for booked calls and signed contracts
  • Opportunity for permanent employment after the 1-month trial
