Sales development representative

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a critical role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and setting appointments with high-potential prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
• Research and identify key decision-makers at target companies.
• Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and pain points.
• Clearly communicate the value proposition of [Company Name]’s products or services.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for outreach and qualified leads.
• Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in a sales development, business development, or related role (B2B experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
• Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales engagement tools (e.g., Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot).
