Mission
We’re building a world-class sales engine to support our continued growth, and we’re looking for a driven, curious, and resilient Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team.
Your mission as SDR will be to generate and qualify new business opportunities by creating a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team, directly fueling TaxDome’s growth in the global accounting SaaS market.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect potential customers via cold calls, emails, social media, and event follow-ups to generate a steady flow of leads.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads using frameworks like BANT or CHAMP before passing them to Account Executives.
- Clearly articulate TaxDome’s value proposition and tailor messaging to pain points and business needs.
- Maintain and update lead records and interactions in HubSpot and other reporting tools.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to optimize lead handoff and campaign results.
- Consistently hit or exceed daily activity targets and monthly pipeline goals.
- Contribute ideas to improve SDR scripts, tools, and outreach tactics continuously.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally in SaaS or a high-growth environment.
- Proven success with outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Experience using CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce (preferred).
- Strong communication skills: you can engage prospects, handle objections, and tailor messaging to different stakeholders.
- Hunter mentality: resilient, persistent, and energized by building pipeline from scratch.
- Results-driven: a track record of meeting or exceeding measurable sales goals.
- Collaborative mindset: you work seamlessly with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to achieve shared outcomes.
- Adaptable and resourceful: you thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and adjust quickly to change.
- Organized and reliable: you manage CRM data, outreach cadence, and pipeline follow-up with precision.
- Curious and growth-oriented: you seek feedback, test new approaches, and continuously improve your outreach.
- Self-motivated and proactive: you bring energy, ownership, and a drive to win every day.
- Passionate about learning, growing, and contributing to a high-performing team.
Bonus Points If You Have
- Background in accounting, finance, or B2B SaaS.
- Experience in a global, fully remote team.
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish, French, etc.).

What Success Looks Like
Within the first 6–12 months, you will:
- Consistently deliver pipeline → Generate and qualify a set number of sales-qualified leads (SQLs) per month (measured against team quota).
- Exceed activity KPIs → Achieve or surpass weekly outreach metrics (calls, emails, LinkedIn touches, event follow-ups).
- Improve conversion quality → Increase the % of qualified leads accepted by AEs by asking the right discovery questions (BANT, CHAMP).
- Collaborate seamlessly → Build trust with AEs and Marketing by ensuring a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities and sharing feedback on campaigns.
- Contribute insights → Identify and share at least 3–5 market insights per quarter that improve messaging, targeting, or sales tactics.
