The Candidate Marketing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the firm’s career coaching operations by helping clients identify and connect with relevant networking contacts as part of their job search strategy. This position works cross-functionally with coaching staff, operations, and technology leadership to ensure clients receive timely, accurate, and actionable contact data. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, collaborative, and committed to delivering a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Success & Contact Data Support
- Partner with coaching staff to oversee and execute tasks related to sourcing and delivering relevant networking contact lists for clients actively engaged in job searches.
- Ensure contact data is accurate, current, and tailored to each client’s target industry, function, and geography.
- Monitor the quality and relevance of data provided to clients and proactively identify opportunities to improve outcomes.
Team Collaboration & Communication
- Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights and recommendations to support the development of data strategy and candidate marketing initiatives.
- Ensure alignment with project goals, timelines, and process improvement efforts related to data use and management.
- Communicate clearly and consistently with internal stakeholders to maintain transparency on workload, priorities, and progress.
Administrative & Business Intelligence Support
- Conduct business intelligence research to support candidate marketing and client outreach efforts.
- Facilitate reference calls and other administrative tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager or senior leadership.
- Support project management and technical functions as directed by the Career Strategy Team Leads.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Experience in a research, data, recruiting, or career services environment preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client needs and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency with data management tools, CRM platforms, Clay, Claude, or contact database systems required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also executing tasks independently.
Work Expectations
This is a 35-hour position requiring the employee’s substantial and dedicated focus on the responsibilities outlined above. The Candidate Marketing Specialist is expected to perform all duties diligently, competently, and in good faith, maintaining a high standard of professionalism in all client and team interactions.
