Description of the offer
We’re hiring a Production Graphic Designer to support our custom apparel and patch business. This role is ideal for someone who’s fast, detail-oriented, and experienced in preparing artwork for real-world production. You’ll regularly receive customer logos in various formats—your job is to vectorize, clean up, adapt, and finalize those files so they’re ready for print, engraving, or patch application.
Responsibilities:
- Vectorize and polish client-submitted logos, often from low-resolution files
- Adapt artwork as needed for leather engraving, DTF prints, sublimation, or embroidery alternatives
- Export and organize production files using our internal file-naming system
- Create clear mockups for internal proofing or client review
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure designs are accurate and on time
- Maintain a clean and organized file system in Google Drive
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (vector work is essential) and Photoshop
- Experience creating production-ready files for apparel and patches
- Ability to adapt inconsistent or low-quality customer artwork
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Clear communication in English or Spanish
- Must be available to work during U.S. Eastern Time business hours
