We’re looking for a product leader to shape the future of how Chime members get paid. This role will focus on MyPay at Work, building experiences that connect Chime directly with employers to unlock earlier, easier access to earnings for our members. You’ll partner across product, engineering, design, data science, compliance, and sales to drive a bold roadmap that enhances financial security and drives meaningful growth. Your work will help Chime deliver radically better outcomes for working Americans—starting with how and when they get paid.
The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $176,490.00 and up to $245,100.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
In this role, you can expect to:
- Own the end-to-end product strategy for MyPay at Work, driving member and business outcomes
- Synthesize complex technical, regulatory, and business inputs into simple, persuasive stories that drive decisions across diverse stakeholders
- Define and prioritize a roadmap focused on employer-verified experiences like direct deposit and early wage access
- Partner deeply with go-to-market teams to build B2B2C products that empower our sales team to win
- Develop a deep understanding of employer needs, member behavior, regulations, and long sales cycles to inform product decisions
- Lead experimentation strategies to test hypotheses and unlock growth at scale
- Align cross-functional partners around bold goals and deliverables
- Constantly refine how our MyPay experience delivers value in an ungated, intuitive way
To thrive in this role, you:
- Bring experience building B2B2C products that bridge employer platforms and end-user value
- Have partnered closely with sales and go-to-market teams to shape product direction and readiness
- Know how to design and run experiments that validate growth hypotheses at scale
- Are comfortable navigating long sales cycles and ambiguity and adapting product scope to enterprise buyer needs
- Demonstrate strong technical fluency, able to scope complex systems across mobile, backend, and compliance layers
- Influence with clarity—crafting narratives that align product capabilities to member outcomes and business goals
