We are looking for a product builder who will research, iterate, scale & lead our new products & features to fuel our product-led strategy to help millions learn new skills.
This is a leadership role & you will be working directly with the founder & product teams and will focus on innovating & iterating to drive strong user experience, feature adoption & growth loops. As a Product Manager your job will be to help be an interface between the market in general and customers in particular and the engineering team build a solution for them. You will work cross-functionally with the CEO, designers, and engineers to guide the product from development to launch.

About Us: Fan Springs is a company that specializes in manufacturing and supplying disc springs. We were the first US firm to produce a full range of standardized disc springs, based on the DIN (Deutsche Industrie Normen) standards.

Responsibilities

Research the competitive landscape.
Interview prospective customers.
Develop and refine product requirements and roadmap.
Manage the engineering team to deliver a product that meets those requirements.
Understand markets, competition, and user requirements in depth.
Work collaboratively with/manage the UX/UI and engineering team.
Explore and integrate monetisation strategies and evolve business models
Work closely with engineering to solve problems and build elegant solutions.
Work closely with design and content team to ensure you’re enriching the end-customer experience.
Learn, understand and predict user interactions.

Requirements

Good communication and writing skills.
Experience in product management is a plus. This position is equity only.
You’re passionate about your customers and always bring questions back to what will serve them best.
You’re a confident communicator.
Experience driving the product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
