Position: Outside Sales Representative – Custom Menswear

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated sales professionals to join our established custom menswear business.
This position combines relationship building with direct sales, focusing on high-quality custom suits and shirts for professional clients.
You’ll work independently while leveraging our existing client base and proven systems to build your own book of business.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, celebrities, and business professionals
- Conduct in-person consultations and fittings with high-profile clients
- Present custom clothing solutions that meet client needs and preferences
- Build your territory through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Meet quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall company growth
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Compensation Structure
- Months 1-3: $4,000 base salary plus commission
- Months 4-6: $3,000 base salary plus commission
- Year 1 potential: $100,000+ total compensation for top performers
- Commission-based structure with partnership opportunities for high achievers

What We’re Looking For
Essential Qualities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Reliable transportation for client meetings
Nice to Have:
- 1+ year of proven experience in direct sales and sales leadership with strong track record of success (we value ambition over experience so experience not required)
- Experience in luxury goods, fashion, or professional services
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- College degree in business or related field
- Previous door to door experience
