Multimedia Director – Fully Remote

Role Overview

• Position: Production and Post-Production Specialist – Contract, Remote
• Commitment: 30-40 hours per week
• Contribute creative and technical expertise to shape how AI systems learn from and generate cinematic-quality outputs. Collaborate with leading AI labs to enhance multimedia workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and structure multimedia production pipelines for consistency and quality.
• Maintain continuity across scenes and sequences for coherence.
• Design and refine visual effects to enhance production quality.
• Review AI-generated outputs and provide expert evaluation for realism and polish.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in film, television, or multimedia production
• Proven track record in producing, directing, or post-production supervision
• Expertise with industry-standard production and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Nuke)
• Strong organizational skills with attention to continuity and detail
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously while delivering high-quality results independently

Engagement Details

• Remote and asynchronous — work on your own schedule
• Flexible engagement, typically 30-40 hours/week
• Project-based contract, with potential for ongoing collaborations
• $45-$65/hour depending on experience and geography
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect
• Engagement structured as independent contracting
