Mid-Level Full Stack Developer | $100k+ | Austin, TX
Growing marketplace startup seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to help scale our platform. Join a team where your code directly impacts the business.
What You’ll Do:
Design and build features across our Next.js/React platform
Own projects from conception to deployment
Mentor junior developers and review code
Collaborate with product and design to solve real user problems
Optimize performance and maintain code quality
Work with outsourced teams when needed
Tech Stack:
Frontend: Next.js, React, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS
Backend: RESTful APIs, Django (nice to have)
Cloud: AWS services, Terraform
Tools: Modern CI/CD, Docker, Git
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years full-stack development experience
Strong expertise in React and Next.js ecosystems
Experience building scalable web applications
Comfortable with modern development tools (including AI assistants like Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, Ect)
Ability to work independently and drive projects forward
Must work on-site in Austin (relocation assistance available)
