Role Description: This is a part-time, remote Marketing Volunteer role supporting PathSeekers’ marketing and digital initiatives. The Marketing Volunteer will assist with market research, including gathering and organizing data on target audiences, competitors, and industry trends. They will help support marketing strategy execution by drafting basic campaign content, coordinating social media activities, and contributing ideas for outreach and engagement. The role includes providing support to sales and customer-facing teams, helping respond to inquiries, and maintaining a professional, service-oriented presence in all interactions. The Marketing Volunteer will collaborate closely with team members, participate in virtual meetings, and complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to support Market Research activities, including data gathering, basic analysis, and reporting.
  • Interest or experience in Marketing Strategy and Sales, with a willingness to assist in campaign planning and outreach efforts.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., social media, email, web) is preferred.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to manage part-time remote work with minimal supervision.
  • Enrollment in or completion of studies in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is an advantage but not required.
  • Openness to learning, receiving feedback, and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive team environment.
