Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Assistant to help us grow our online presence and support our sales efforts. In this role, you’ll design on-brand graphics and social media content, manage and expand our LinkedIn presence (including groups and company pages), and assist with outreach to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, write, and publish engaging social media content — primarily on LinkedIn (with light support for other platforms).
• Use social media scheduling tools to publish content across various brands and profiles.
• Maintain and optimize the social posting schedule.
• Manage and grow LinkedIn groups and company pages.
• Promote articles and other content across groups, company pages, and individual profiles.
• Run sales outreach by messaging LinkedIn members, managing automations, and responding to leads.
• Use Sales Navigator to research prospects and send personalized outreach messages.
• Set up and manage LinkedIn automation tools, including sales sequences and campaigns.

Graphic Design

• Design on-brand graphics for social media posts, blog articles, emails, and web pages using tools such as Canva, VistaCreate, or Adobe.
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets and maintain organized templates and design files.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with LinkedIn marketing, including content creation, company pages, groups, and automated outreach.
• Strong graphic design skills with a modern, professional style (Canva, VistaCreate, Adobe, etc.).
• Excellent copywriting and social media communication skills.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage recurring tasks and meet deadlines.
• Fast learner who can work independently and quickly adapt to new tools.
• Experience using social media scheduling platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Publer) and email marketing tools.
