We’re looking for an entreprenurial, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing initiatives, drive event coordination, enable sales efforts, and provide operational support to our leadership team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on executing tasks, supporting a team’s vision, and keeping projects moving smoothly.
In this role, you’ll spend most of your time supporting and executing marketing and event projects, creating sales enablement materials, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, so the team can focus on big-picture goals. You’ll be a bridge between marketing, sales, and leadership…helping our teams move faster and execute flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Event Support (~40%)
- Assist with preparing event materials, signage, presentations, and promotional items.
- Coordinate travel, shipping, and on-site needs for events, trade shows, and client engagements.
- Support the staff at shows, assisting with their lead tracking, booth setup, product displays, and registration check-ins.
- Execute assigned marketing tasks such as updating content, scheduling emails, and posting on company channels.
- Track and organize marketing assets to ensure they’re easily accessible for the team.
Sales Enablement & Product Marketing (~20%)
- Format and update sales decks, product sheets, and case studies as directed.
- Maintain and organize the sales enablement library and marketing drive. so it’s up to date.
- Gather case studies, specifications, and other details for marketing and sales use.
- Support special projects like product launch materials and promotional kits.
Business Operations & Leadership Support (~40%)
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel for company leaders.
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up notes.
- Assist with internal communications, team updates, and document organization.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in a marketing coordination, events, or administrative support role, preferred, but entry-level candidates with an appetite for learning will be considered.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace/Adobe Creative Cloud; familiarity with marketing or CRM tools like Hubspot a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for events.
