Position Overview
PayMaple LLC is seeking a Marketing Associate with 1–2 years of experience in the payments industry or SaaS product marketing. The Marketing Associate will support the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing initiatives that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and support overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and events.

Create and edit content for marketing collateral including product sheets, case studies, blog posts, and presentations.

Conduct market and competitive research to support strategic initiatives.

Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.

Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to prepare reports and recommend improvements.

Maintain CRM data integrity and assist with lead nurturing workflows.

Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Qualifications

1–2 years of marketing experience in a payments company or SaaS product environment (required).

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $48,500 – $60,000, commensurate with experience.
