LSS Strategic Partners, an A&M Inc. company, acquires and develops ventures at the intersection of professional services, technology, and private capital. Its current portfolio includes SHP Legal Services, ECB STAR Group, and NomosFIT, and it works closely with an independent RIA.
LSS is building and scaling a modern digital and operational foundation across a growing portfolio of brands. That means creating smarter websites, stronger digital infrastructure, better user experiences, and more efficient internal systems. We are a lean, hands-on team moving quickly in a startup-like environment, backed by an established global brand.
About the Role
LSS Strategic Partners is seeking a Junior Web Developer to support the development and evolution of websites, digital experiences, and internal tools across its portfolio of brands.
This is an opportunity for an early to mid-career developer who wants more than a narrow production role. You will work directly with senior leadership on a wide range of digital initiatives spanning front-end web development, CMS management, site optimization, technical troubleshooting, and select internal tooling projects. You will be exposed to real business challenges, real decision-making, and real opportunities to grow quickly.
The right candidate is technically sharp, highly curious, detail-oriented, and eager to build. You should be comfortable learning on the fly, solving problems independently, and contributing across multiple digital disciplines in a fast-moving environment.

- Implement front-end updates including new pages, landing pages, layout changes, content updates, and design refinements.
- Help maintain consistency across sites in terms of performance, functionality, brand presentation, and user experience.
- Troubleshoot bugs, broken components, styling issues, and technical inconsistencies across web properties.
- Assist in improving mobile responsiveness, site speed, search visibility, and overall technical health.
- Work within CMS environments and help manage digital content updates in a structured, reliable way.
Digital Infrastructure & Tooling Support
- Assist with internal digital projects that support marketing, communications, and business operations.
- Support basic integrations across third-party tools, forms, platforms, and APIs where needed.
- Help test, document, and improve the team’s internal workflows and lightweight tools.
- Contribute to the evaluation and implementation of new digital tools and technologies that improve speed, quality, or efficiency.
Collaboration & Growth
- Work closely with the Senior Manager of Global Marketing & Technology on both day-to-day execution and longer-term digital initiatives.
- Partner with communications, marketing, design, and business stakeholders to translate ideas into usable digital solutions.
- Contribute to technical documentation, process improvements, and internal knowledge sharing as systems evolve.
- Grow into broader ownership over time as your skills, judgment, and confidence develop.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for an early-career developer with strong technical fundamentals, good instincts, and the ambition to grow quickly in a hands-on environment. This is not a narrow production role. We want someone who is excited to build, troubleshoot, improve, and learn across a wide range of digital work.
Strong technical foundation: You have a solid grasp of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive design, and front-end debugging. You care about writing clean code, catching details, and producing work that is both functional and polished.
Broader digital curiosity: You understand that modern web work often reaches beyond page builds. You are interested in how CMS platforms, performance optimization, SEO, analytics, integrations, and user experience all connect.
Problem-solving ability: You approach technical challenges with patience, logic, and persistence. When something breaks, you investigate. You can work through issues methodically and make progress without needing constant step-by-step direction.
Design awareness: You have a good eye for layout, spacing, visual consistency, and digital presentation. You understand the difference between something that technically works and something that feels polished and professional.
Adaptability: You are excited by the idea of working across multiple brands, projects, and priorities. You are comfortable operating in a lean environment where the work is varied and the pace is fast.
Initiative: You are self-directed, resourceful, and motivated to learn. You take ownership of your work, ask smart questions, and look for ways to improve what is in front of you.
Collaborative mindset: You work well with people across functions and levels. You can take feedback, communicate clearly, and contribute positively to a team that values both execution and judgment.
Strong candidates will likely have experience with some of the following
- HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development
- Basic familiarity with React or similar modern JavaScript frameworks
- Website troubleshooting and browser debugging tools
- SEO best practices, site performance, and analytics
- API integrations or working with structured data
- Portfolio work, freelance work, or independently built side projects
Experience
- 2 to 5 years of professional, freelance, internship, or project-based web development experience preferred
- A strong portfolio or examples of shipped work are highly valued
