We are a growing SEO agency providing our clients with customized online marketing strategies. Clients often come to us valuing our strategies and advice but needing support with the technical implementation on their websites. Therefore, we are looking for a motivated Web Designer / Web Developer (m/f/d) to provide technical support for our projects and ensure our clients’ websites achieve optimal performance.

Responsibilities

• Website Optimization: Implementing SEO measures such as optimizing page titles, meta descriptions, and heading structures.
• Visual Adjustments: Adding or editing buttons, text, graphics, and other visual elements on websites.
• Technical Maintenance: Ensuring our clients’ websites are bug-free and load quickly to guarantee a good User Experience (UX).
• System Knowledge: Learning various website systems (WordPress, Shopify, Typo3, Magento, and others) and implementing simple changes.
• Project Management: Independently managing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring efficient communication with the team.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• Experience working with WordPress and/or Shopify.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Technical Aptitude: Ability to quickly learn website systems and implement simple adaptations.
• Independence and Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work autonomously.
• Teamwork Skills: You are open to further training and long-term collaboration within a dynamic team.

Desirable Additional Qualifications

• Experience with other website systems such as Typo3, Magento, or website builder systems.
