We’re looking for a contract engineer to work on the Habit Game for three months with the potential for full-time and an equity position leading this project in 2026.
The game url https://bitgreen.org/habit-game. It combines AI, crypto, and WhatsApp messenging to enable players to alter habits they want to adopt or drop. The code base is Javascript, maybe a little Node.js.
Two users each set a monthly habit they want to achieve and bet each other on sticking to it. The tokens are returned upon completing their goal or otherwise burned from the blockchain.
We released an MVP several months ago that gained devoted and retained users. Now, it’s time to expand the base for broader and mass market with new features and gamification. You’ll be the critical engineer taking the game and user experience to new heights.
Mandatory:
- Startup experience
- Experience with consumer products
- Capacity to operate as the sole project lead with direct collaboration with the CEO and CTO
- Willingness to cowork 3 days per week in New York.
Bonus:
- existing habits discipline, background in military, athletics, fitness, health, wellness, or various coaching.
