Who We’re Looking For
We are seeking highly motivated and entrepreneurial IT Sales Partners with a passion for building relationships, identifying client pain points, and driving business growth. This is a lucrative commission-only role (up to 30%) with long-term growth potential for those who can perform.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to MapMyBusiness in acquiring new clients.
- Pitch our Turnkey IT Solutions, including web & mobile development, cloud services, and business automation.
- Promote our Staff Augmentation Model — helping global companies hire highly-skilled remote IT resources in India.
- Present the Offshore Delivery Model for cost-effective and scalable project execution.
- Conduct consultative meetings, understand client requirements, and deliver tailored solutions.
- Build, nurture, and convert a strong sales pipeline.
- Work closely with internal technical and delivery teams for seamless client onboarding.
What You’ll Be Selling
- Turnkey IT Projects: End-to-end development services across tech stacks (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI, etc.)
- Remote Staff Augmentation: Access to a vetted pool of top Indian developers & tech talent
- Offshore Development Centers: Scalable and flexible delivery with high-quality outcomes and cost savings
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in IT sales, consulting, or business development
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and staffing models
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to work independently
- A solid network in startups, SMBs, or enterprise clients (a big plus)
- Desire to earn high commissions and grow with a disruptive IT brand
