As a Video Editor for Paid Social Marketing, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-performing video content for social media platforms, directly contributing to our growth and helping users become their best selves.

Your Role

• Video Content Creation: Produce eye-catching, performance-driven video content tailored for paid social channels like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You’ll regularly refresh and innovate our video assets to ensure maximum engagement and conversion rates.
• Experimentation and Innovation: Push the boundaries of video advertising by experimenting with new formats such as in-stream videos, instant experiences, 360 videos, and more. Your creativity will drive the development of compelling narratives and performance-enhancing visuals.
• Enhancing Visual Storytelling: Elevate the user experience through engaging video content that enhances the entire client lifecycle, from captivating landing pages to seamless checkout videos.
• Data-Driven Editing: Leverage your analytical mindset to develop hypotheses, conduct A/B tests, and analyze performance data to optimize video content for maximum impact.

About You

• Creative and Analytical: You have experience with and a passion for video editing and digital media. Your portfolio showcases your ability to bring ideas to life through video, and you’re skilled in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, Blender – Lottie animations is a plus.
• Social Media Savvy: You know how to produce engaging video content for consumer paid social campaigns, mobile apps and/or gaming. You understand how to balance creative ambition with regulatory and brand guidelines, ensuring your content drives performance without compromising on quality.
• Agile and Mission-Driven: You thrive in fast-paced environments and are committed to our mission of personal growth. Your work ethic is characterized by efficiency, adaptability, and a keen eye for detail.
• Remote Collaboration: You excel in a remote-first culture, demonstrating exceptional decision-making skills, intellectual honesty, and the ability to focus on what truly matters.

Fine Print

• Intership – 6 month – with option for full-time offer
• Remote work possible: If you want to work from anywhere else but our Berlin office, we are down (large parts of the team are already working remote)

We’re looking to fill this position asap, but we’re flexible for exceptional candidates. The selection process includes getting to know each other, showcasing your video editing skills in a technical assessment, meeting the team, and final discussions.
