Yayem OS is the operating system for the world’s most inspiring members’ clubs, private networks, and global communities. Early adopters (Aethos, Riding Safari Club, Casetta Hotels, and others) are in production, and demand is accelerating fast. We are a small, scrappy, wildly ambitious crew led by Lindsey (ex Uber).
The Challenge
Translate a bold vision into a shipping roadmap that delights customers and unlocks scale. You’ll steer strategy, drive execution, and build the team, while keeping one foot in the code and the other in the “boardroom.”
Product is our moat, and you’ll own it.
Core Focus
- Product Strategy & Vision — Co-craft the long-term vision with our founder; own and socialize a living 12-month roadmap
- Execution & Delivery — Run agile rituals, write crisp PRDs and acceptance criteria, and publish release notes that users actually read
- Technical Product Support (L2) — Bridge Customer Success and Engineering on complex issues; dive into logs, schemas, and pull requests when needed
- Team Leadership — Manage and mentor our engineering squad; recruit top talent and nurture a high-trust, high-velocity culture
- Client Success Partner — Work with CS to ensure launches land, usage grows, and churn stays microscopic; prioritize the roadmap with real customer data
- Sales Support & GTM — Equip the sales team with demos, decks, and competitive intel; jump into calls to close strategic deals.
Must-Haves
- 5–10 years in Product Management, 3+ in B2B SaaS
- Technical fluency — you can read pull requests, model data, and hold your own in an architecture chat
- End-to-end roadmap ownership with measurable business impact
- Proven people leadership — hiring, mentoring, and driving culture
- Obsessed with customers; comfortable juggling CS escalations and sales asks
Bonus Points
- Experience in community, membership, or hospitality tech
- Hands-on analytics skills (SQL, Looker/Grafana) and an eye for data-driven decisions
- Track record scaling product teams from seed to Series B
