Description of the offer
We are an international boutique agency focused on branding, Figma based web design, and Webflow development. We are hiring a full time designer who can own brand identity work and high-end website design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand identities from strategy to final delivery
- Design award-winning websites in Figma

Collaborate with the team
- Create marketing collateral such as social posts, pitch decks, and event visuals
- Work in close contact with clients in Slack and present your work in English
- Give and receive structured feedback and push for high craft
What We Are Looking For
- Strong portfolio that shows brand identities and modern websites
- Mastery of Figma and Adobe CC
- Clear visual taste, layout skills, and typography knowledge
- Experience working with design systems and reusable components
- English at C1 level or higher
- Self management, ownership, and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Webflow handoff familiarity
- Motion basics with After Effects or Lottie
- 3D or illustration skills
