Description: Senior brand and visual content leader with a broad graphic design toolkit who is fully-immersed in cutting edge AI video and image generation.
Requirments: (Minimum) 10-years art direction; 3-years genAI image generation.
Skills:
- Swiss / Post-Modern / Brutalist graphics & typography.
- Brand book and style-guide development.
- Adobe Creative Suite.
- AfterEffects, Premier, DaVinci editing & animation.
- Midjourney and/or Adobe original image generation.
- Advanced Veo3 / Runway / Artgrid video generation.
- Photo journalistic image research sourcing.
- Available at least ~20 hours per week;
Compensation / Relationship: We are a small, passionate team of early stage equity co-founders seeking another key fractal (part-time) member interested in earning early-stage Seed Pool company ownership — NOT immediate salaried renumeration until security of our seed round, expected in 6-12 months.
Points Consideration: 1-5% net company equity.
