Job Description

As a Front Office Manager (m/f/d) at The Cloud One Hotels, you will be responsible for leading our Front Office team. In your role, you will serve as a role model for your employees and ensure an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. With The Cloud One Hotels, we want to create a place where everyone feels comfortable and welcome — both guests and employees! Your responsibilities include:

  • Managing reservations and overbookings, as well as exploring alternative accommodation options when necessary
  • Creating work schedules and coordinating vacation plans
  • Conducting internal coaching sessions and cross-training, as well as organizing training programs for our Front Office team
  • Monitoring expenses and accommodation revenue budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining our quality management system
  • Taking care of our guests from the welcome at check-in through to check-out
  • Gaining cross-departmental insights into new areas of work through collaboration within our multicultural team

  • Education and/or professional experience in hospitality, gastronomy, tourism, or interest in changing careers
  • Passion for hospitality and team leadership
  • Strong awareness of quality and service orientation
  • Open, communicative personality and good command of German and English
  • Team spirit and willingness to support across departments
  • Motivation to contribute and help position The Cloud One Hotels successfully across Europe
