We are seeking a freelancer to create a web-based quiz based on our mock-up:

The final deliverable will be an embed code that we can copy/paste into our website (elynndi.com). Unless the freelancer suggests making changes to specific elements of the mock-up that we accept, we would like the final quiz to look as similar to the mock-up as possible. The original mock-up was made in Canva, if the freelancer would like access to that file rather than the PDF provided here.
Not explicitly mentioned in the mock-up is that after users complete the quiz and submit their name and email, a brief, ChatGPT-generated analysis will be returned using a securely integrated OpenAI API key. The developer’s role is to ensure this full experience—rating, data capture, API call, and response display. We will provide the parameters necessary for the analysis to align with Elynndi’s brand voice. A sample analysis has been provided in the mock-up.
