We’re building the next evolution of marketplaces. Backed by founders with deep roots in entertainment and hospitality, One Stop Swap blends commerce and content in a way that’s never been done before. We’ve built the MVP and raised a strong pre-seed. Now, we’re preparing for a $3M Series A to scale.
What We’re Looking For
We need a sharp, startup-savvy Fractional CFO who can:
• Build or refine our financial model (5-year projection)
• Determine burn rate, runway, unit economics, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) modeling
• Help structure financials in a compelling way for our Series A pitch deck
• Package financials for investor due diligence
Ideal Experience:
• 3–10 years of CFO, VP Finance, or FP&A experience at a startup
• Strong track record of helping raise capital (ideally Series A or beyond)
• Expertise in SaaS, marketplaces, or live commerce preferred
• Familiarity with Delaware C-corps and investor-facing decks
Engagement Details:
• Remote / flexible hours
• Initial project-based work with potential to grow into ongoing fractional role
• Competitive project fee + equity negotiable based on experience
